Written manager approvals

Before submitting your Building Access Card request, you must obtain written approval from your manager. You will need to upload a PDF of their approval email as part of your application.

Your manager should clearly outline the requested area/s.
If you're a temporary employee or contractor, your manager should clearly outline the start and finish dates of your contract.
Please note that any application without manager approval for the specified areas will be rejected, and you will need to reapply.

Personal information collected by Property and Facilities Management is handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Property and Facilities Management is collecting staff information to provide a photographic identification card through the Queensland Police Service (QPS). All personal information will be securely stored and only accessible by authorised officers and then transferred electronically to the QPS for production of the card. The personal information will otherwise not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
